A Horrible Life.......

...........has ended for 115 animals impounded by Animal Control during a search and rescue this month in Boone County. 25 of these animals, 1 stallion, 7 mares, 1 sheep, 10 goats, 5 donkeys and one donkey/shetland mix have found a better life here at HAHS. Exhausted but relieved they arrived at HAHS and have been undergoing extensive veterinary and farrier care during these first two days here at the Hooved Animal Humane Society, including radiographs of their legs in order to determine if they are able to walk again without pain.
