Inside the Educational Center

Our Educational Center serves many purposes. It is mainly intended for perodic educational seminars that are held here at the HAHS farm. This center also provides space for the University of Illinois Extension offices many animal related classes. During the winter months we hold our annual Tack & Craft Sale in that very same building and during the annual picnic the building offers a place of relaxation away from the flying critters, the sun and the heat. The Ed Center also served as a makeshift heated barn when one of our residents needed to be watched closely and the temperatures were extremely low. In addition, the Educational Center is where our offices are located.
