Tracy is not new to the equine world. She grew up in the Chicago area with horses and has been a horse owner since age 9. An attorney specializing in animal welfare laws for 18 years, Tracy is a welcome asset to the society. She is the legislative liaison of the Chicago Bar Association's Animal Law Committee, and has served as it's chairperson twice in the past. She has been approved as a Humane Investigator and Equine Investigator by the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
